A gamified experience focusing on Anti-Bribery and Corruption — bringing learners into the fictional world of an auditor.
Engaging employees in the critical but potentially dry subject of anti-bribery and corruption compliance was challenging. There was a need to make the learning experience compelling to ensure understanding and adherence to important regulations.
The course was designed to be fun and interactive, utilising gamification, real-world scenarios, and interactive elements to capture attention and facilitate deeper understanding. This approach made the compliance content more relatable and memorable, ensuring employees could apply their knowledge effectively in their roles.
The gamified course approach led to high engagement levels, with a notable increase in compliance and ethical decision-making. The fun and interactive elements (including a bit of Aussie audio nostalgia!) were particularly effective in demystifying complex regulations, making this course a model for future compliance training.
