A digitalised approach for one of the largest gym and fitness providers in Australia, during a key growth stage.

The Problem

As EMF Performance Gym expanded nationwide, they needed to ensure consistent and comprehensive knowledge across all areas — ranging from equipment use to customer service — without any barriers. The current method was a single onboarding commencement class, which was impossible to maintain with such growth.

The Solution

A digital solution was provided that allowed all learners across states to have a consistent, play-by-play experience with their gym managers. The program systematically covered every facet of the gym's operations, utilising interactive and engaging methods to induct employees into the full breadth of gym activities and standards.

The Result

The induction program led to a remarkable increase in staff competence and confidence across all locations, significantly enhancing the ability for managers to utilise just-in-time learning at the fingertips of both new starters and existing employees. The staff enjoyed having visual, hands-on ways to make a difference to their members.
